Belia is an AI-powered scrapbook collage app that helps you turn selected photos into a decorative memory-style image. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how long we keep it, and the choices you have. We aim to keep data collection limited to what is necessary to provide the app’s core features, support your use of the service, and maintain security.
By using Belia, you understand that photos you choose to upload may be transmitted to our internal servers for processing, and that generated results may be stored locally on your device or in your in-app history until you delete them.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect your information. These may include encryption in transit, access controls, secure server configurations, monitoring for abuse, and least-privilege access for authorized personnel only.

Belia is intended for users who are 17 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 17. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.
Information you provide: photos you choose to upload, the order in which you arrange them, template selections, saved results, settings, and any support messages you send us.
Information collected automatically: device and app information such as device model, operating system version, app version, diagnostic information, crash logs, performance data, and basic usage information needed to keep the app working properly.
Cookies and similar technologies: If we operate any web pages or web-based support experiences, we may use cookies or similar technologies for essential functionality, security, and basic analytics. We do not use them for advertising or cross-site profiling.
Belia does not perform facial recognition, biometric analysis, or identity verification. We do not create face templates or biometric identifiers. Uploaded photos are deleted after processing.
